  3. Call our office for ordering information and your Patient Direct access details.
  4. Click the Patient Direct logo above, enter the code provided by our office, and create your patient account.
  5. Verify your email and wait for office approval if required.
  6. Order and reorder recommended products anytime — shipped to your home.
